Graciela Teruel

Graciela Teruel holds a PhD and Masters in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Currently, she is a researcher and professor of Economics at the Iberoamerican University (UIA, per its name in Spanish).  Teruel has served as a member of the Technical Committee for the Measurement of Poverty and as adviser for the National Council for the Evaluation of Social Development Policy (CONEVAL, per its name in Spanish) in 2006-2010 and 2010-2014. Additionally, she is a member of the editorial council of the “Economic Trimester” and National System of Researchers Level III.
